How do I return an item?

Please ensure that you check that your order is correct before placing it with us online, as orders that you submit online are processed immediately and may not be able to be cancelled. If you wish to cancel your order or have made a mistake with your order, please inform us as soon as possible via email at email@example.com or via telephone, on 01785 228159.
However, your order may have already been dispatched and you may need to wait until you receive the merchandise in order to return or exchange it.
Once an item of merchandise is delivered to you, you can return that item within 30 days of delivery. We offer refunds and accept exchanges. To be eligible for a refund or exchange, your merchandise must be unused, in the same original condition that you received it and returned in appropriate, protective packaging. If it is not returned in such a manner then we reserve the right to refuse to exchange or refund the items in question.
For exchanges, if we as a company have made a mistake with your order (i.e. the wrong item or size has been sent out to you) then Care Clothing will pay for the return shipping costs.
If the mistake is made by you, the customer, and an exchange is requested, there will be a re-postage charge of £3.99 for re-dispatching your order. Please include this as a cheque made payable to 'Care Clothing'. If this payment is not included, we as a company reserve the right to exchange your order, or hold the goods until payment is made.
Please ensure it is clearly stated on the invoice which merchandise you would like to exchange and what you would like it exchanging for.
If all requirements are met, we will process an exchange of merchandise for the item returned.
If your return is accepted by us and in an acceptable condition as described above, we will provide one of the following within a reasonable time: a non-transferable merchandise credit, a credit to the payment card or original method of payment used to pay for the item, a cheque, or another remedy that we determine in good faith is appropriate in the circumstances.
How to Return an Item and Address for Refunds and Exchanges

Unless we, as a company have made a mistake with your order, you, as the customer are responsible for paying for all shipping costs for your returned item. All shipping costs are non-refundable. You should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for items of value. Care Clothing are not held responsible for any lost return packages without tracking.
If you do not comply with any of the above conditions, we reserve the right to refuse the return or exchange, or to impose different or additional conditions.
